In This week’s Mind ReMapping Moment, we talk about why we should stop passing on the conversation of being broken.
Part of the broken conversation is usually done through our internal listening, and we listen through filters and these filters are due to our upbringing, our environment and what was told to us while growing up.
When we empower our thinking, then we shift and empower our speaking and whatsoever we say is just a suggestion to our subconscious mind.
We all have every internal resource we need to succeed but they tend to be blocked by our internal conversations, our beliefs, our internal values and internal perceptions of ourselves.
We should always be mindful of how we speak because it models our subconscious mind to accept a certain kind of thing, the brokenness conversation comes from thinking there is something wrong with you.
We think about habits being things that we do, but we don’t always think about habits being the ways that we think and that we can influence thought habits in people and people who look up to us especially our children, in the way that we speak to them.
We can always remodel or reframe how we speak to ourselves for instance instead of asking yourself ‘what’s wrong?’ you can ask ‘What’s the strategy?’ or ‘how can I?’
When we are thinking about this concept of brokenness, identifying as brokenness, it creates an enormous internal obstacle that doesn’t allow us to achieve the things that we want to achieve, but also it stops us from even trying.
Despite what most people realize, it’s the unconscious mind that runs us. But how is that so? Get your first primer in 22 minutes! Follow and Share these pearls with others.
Here’s your week’s challenge: I want you to be mindful of what you are saying to yourself, if you’re saying it out loud, I want you to be mindful if you’re thinking about it with others and how that informs your interaction with another person. Then go ahead and share the challenges you encounter during the challenge and what impact the challenge has on you.
