The discussion will link organizational culture to leadership development, highlighting the pivotal role of leaders in setting the tone for anti-oppression and trauma-informed practices.
In conclusion, do self-reflection on your leadership to identify areas where you may be stuck on concepts and consider reaching out for assistance in bridging the gap.
